Comparable room types mainly correspond in areas such as view, amenities, bedding, and size, as determined by The Green Elephant Hostels.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Equal dates:<\/strong> The lower rate must be available online for a comparable room with the same arrival and departure dates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Equal conditions:<\/strong> All price or rate conditions, including but not limited to prepayment, deposit, or other conditions, must be equal to or stricter than the conditions found on The Green Elephant Hostels website. For example, if a room booked through The Green Elephant Hostels website can be canceled free of charge, it cannot be compared to a room on another website that requires prepayment or is non-refundable. However, if a prepaid, non-refundable rate is booked through our website, it may be compared to a rate on a competing website that is cancelable or refundable.
